Submit a cover letter that describes why you are interested in the Teaching Fellowship at UCDS and how you are qualified for the position.

Your resume should include your name and contact information, an overview of your education and professional development, academic and related employment (especially teaching, editorial, creative or administrative experience), and could also include research projects, departmental and community service, and any other experiences you would like to highlight.

Copies of at least one transcript from an accredited institution awarding you a bachelor's degree is required. You are welcome to submit additional relevant transcripts. Once you are accepted to the UCDS Graduate School of Education, an official transcript will be required for our records.
