UCDS designs courses around curricular topics, operational systems and general leadership coaching that are specific to your school’s needs.

Depending on your area of need or interest, we pair you and/or your school with trained UCDS personnel. Each consulting project is unique and customized to fit the needs of you and your school. UCDS has an extensive consulting background, with successful projects completed across the US and throughout the globe.

Tours

UCDS offers general tours to professional educators throughout the school year. These tours are held on some Tuesday mornings, from 9:00-10:30am, and should be scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance. These tours are hosted by UCDS faculty or admin and include a general walkthrough of the school. To schedule a free tour, please submit your information through our contact form.

If you are interested in a specific subject area and would like to spend time with members of our faculty, consider scheduling a professional visit (details below).

Half-Day Visits

UCDS receives frequent requests for visits lasting longer than a tour. These half-day visits occur during school days and are more in-depth than a tour. Unlike consulting projects, however, visits are not fully customized to an individual’s area of interest. Half-day visitors spend time in classrooms and gain an introductory understanding of UCDS philosophy. The visit concludes over lunch with members of our Educational Leadership Team.

The fee for a half-day visit is $400.00 (8:00am-12:00pm for a group of 1-4). Additional people are $40.00 per person (maximum of 6).

UCDS typically schedules visits at least one month in advance. However, shorter notice may be possible. To request a visit, please submit your information through our contact form. We will contact you shortly to schedule a mutually convenient date.
