Ticket Donation System
Give a Night Out to UCDS Teachers and Staff
A new online process to equitably donate your tickets, even anonymously!

You have the babysitter, the mandatory mac-n-cheese, the perfect holiday attire for Handel's Messiah at Benaroya Hall, but both children wake up with the flu the morning of the performance. Or, you have season tickets to the Mariners/Seahawks/Sonics, but your child's athletic calendar is more complex than those in the major leagues, and you have several conflicts with your season tickets. What do you do? Donate your tickets to the hard-working UCDS faculty and staff, who certainly deserve a night out!

What if the event is in the middle of a weekend, a holiday break, the summer? You can still donate to a faculty/staff member, even with short notice or during a break! You can even donate anonymously. Spend 30 seconds here, then drop your tickets off at school, and you are done, and have made someone's day.

Here's how to donate:

Step 1: Donate Tickets

  • Click here or on "Ticket Donation System" above, and you will be asked for your user name and password.
  • Type user name and password. Your user name is your last name, all lower case. Your password is your seven-digit phone number, without dashes (e.g., 5551212).
  • Then you will see the screen below, where you can input all the information.
  • Click "donate tickets" at the bottom of the screen, and you are done!
  • You will receive a confirmation email that the system received your donation.

Step 2: System Finds Recipient

  • The system automatically sends out emails to UCDS teachers and staff until it finds a happy recipient and communicates all the logistics. It even prioritizes groups among the staff, to ensure that those a little less recognized get a chance at the tickets.

Step 3: Parent Exchanges Tickets with Recipient

  • You will receive another email to tell you the tickets have been claimed and who claimed them, even if you donate anonymously. At this point, you need to exchange tickets with the recipient, as you specified, by dropping them at the Labyrinth office, contacting the recipient, or leaving them at will call. If you donated anonymously, your only choice is to drop them at the Labyrinth office. If for some reason, you are not notified that your tickets have been claimed, you can claim them back before the show, so you can find a neighbor or beg a stranger on the street to take them!

The new UCDS Ticket Donation System is easy, does not add to Leanne's or Angie's work pile, functions around the clock, and best of all, is rewarding for the very people who deserve it, UCDS faculty and staff!
