Hosted annually by The Parent Association, the UCDS Auction is a major annual fundraiser. Chaired this year by UCDS parents Marisha Nykiel and Heather Hudson, the Auction will be held on Saturday, April 26th at Bell Harbor Conference Center.
Until last year, the auction had always funded special projects (books, science lab, playground, technology lab) while also supporting both Financial Aid and Teacher Excellence. Last year, the Surfin’ Safari Auction served as the front end to our strategic Funding PEOPLE initiative, with all proceeds directed to Teacher Excellence and Financial Aid.
This year, we continue to celebrate the heart of what makes UCDS an extraordinary school and community—the people—our teachers and families. ¡Viva UCDS! auction proceeds fund our teacher excellence and financial aid programs, which maintain our low student to teacher ratio and allow for our inclusive and dynamic student population. ¡Que bueno!
